81 Monks Orchard Road, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 3BJ.

We may update our website from time to time and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on our website may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it. We do not guarantee that our website, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.

Accessing our site

We do not guarantee that our website, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our website is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our website without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Your account and password

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

Right to cancel – perishable goods

  • If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract within 7 working days of delivery except in respect of perishable or goods which have been consumed, opened or damaged by you.

  • If you cancel your order of non-perishable goods, you must return the goods in their original packaging together with the invoice to us at your expense. Please contact us by email to hello@littlebigflavourkits.co.uk and we will tell you where to send the goods.

  • Please use a tracked or guaranteed form of delivery when returning goods to us as we are unable to accept responsibility for goods that are lost in transit.

  • We will refund the full amount paid by you to the card or other method of payment used by you within 14 days.

Refunds when promotions or vouchers have been used

Where a voucher discount or promotion has been applied, the total value of the discount or promotional offer is shared across each applicable product in equal ratios. If an item or a part of that order is returned and/or refunded we will refund the pro-rata value. We will issue a refund (excluding any postage cost if your order did not qualify for free delivery) if you are a first time customer from your household and are not satisfied with our fresh kits. All you have to do is email us with your order number and, if you don’t mind, the reason why you are dissatisfied.  To protect us against anyone trying to take undue advantage, the maximum refund is capped at £30.

Third party delay

  • We are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery as a result of the actions of a third party.

Applicable law

If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

If you are a business, these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Subscription terms and conditions

Change of address — Please make sure you inform us of a change of address as soon as possible as we cannot change this once your kits have been despatched for that period .

Delivery Days — All delivery days will depend on which day you originally placed your order. Kits are sent out on that day by first class Royal Mail which should take 1-2 working days. 

Regular Order Payments — When signing up for regular orders, you agree to pay for each regular order sent out to you by your chosen method of payment. To cancel you regular orders please visit the My Account Page.

Gift voucher terms and conditions

  • These terms and conditions tell you about the legal terms and conditions which apply to your purchase and use of digital gift cards from Little Big Flavour Kits.

  • These gift card terms apply to pounds sterling gift cards purchased online through the website www.littlebigflavourkits.co.uk

  • We reserve the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our gift cards. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions . It is your responsibility to check these gift card terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes which may have been made. 

  • The value of gift card can be redeemed online at www.littlebigflavourkits.co.uk provided the gift card is redeemed within the redemption period of 12 months. A gift card cannot be used after the expiry date and any remaining balance will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use. We have no obligation to remind or inform you of a gift card’s expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.

  • The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card. Gift cards cannot be redeemed in any physical store. 

  • Gift Cards may be used to pay for the whole or any part of an online order.

Data protection

Personal data relating to your purchase or use of a gift card will be used in accordance with current applicable data protection and privacy legislation and our privacy policy.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
